本公司吳杰霖視光博士榮幸受邀參與台中市驗光師公會舉辦的第114年度第三次實體繼續教育課程，進行專題演講，主題為 「兒童視覺訓練在雙眼視覺異常中的角色」。

 

雙眼視覺異常（如調節、聚散功能失調）在學齡兒童中並不少見，常影響閱讀效率與學習專注力。透過早期評估與適當的視覺訓練介入，不僅能改善孩子的視覺功能，也有助於提升學習表現與生活品質。此次課程旨在分享最新的臨床觀察、訓練方法與實務經驗，期望能協助前線驗光師在兒童視覺照護上有更多臨床工具與信心。

 

非常感動能與眾多專業且充滿熱誠的驗光師夥伴們交流，大家在週末依然投入臨床學習與自我成長，展現出高度的專業精神與學習熱誠。感謝台中市驗光師公會的邀請，也謝謝每一位在場的與會者熱情參與！

Dr. Chieh-Lin Stanley Wu, from East Asia Optometry, was honored to be invited by the Taichung Optometrist Association to deliver a lecture on Vision Therapy for Children with Binocular Vision Disorders during their 114th continuing education course.

 

Binocular vision dysfunctions—such as accommodative and vergence disorders—are not uncommon in school-aged children. These conditions can significantly affect reading fluency, attention, and learning performance. Early detection and appropriate vision therapy interventions can enhance children’s visual function, academic outcomes, and quality of life. This lecture aimed to share current clinical observations, effective therapy methods, and hands-on experiences to equip frontline optometrists with more tools and confidence in pediatric visual care.

 

It was truly inspiring to engage with so many dedicated and passionate optometrists who chose to spend their weekend pursuing clinical excellence and lifelong learning. Sincere thanks to the Taichung Optometrist Association and all the participants for the warm reception and enthusiastic interaction!
